Outgoing mail

I keep getting the following message when I try and send
email from my Outlook2003:

Sending' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The connection to
the server was interrupted. If this problem continues,
contact your server administrator or Internet service
provider (ISP).'

The incoming mail arrives fine. This just started.

help...

This error has been reported many times and the potential solutions reported
many times. Use Google Groups to find the previous posts.
