I send messages, and sometimes if they have a file
attachment (or are files over 100kb roughly) I will get
the "send/receive error" and the file will stay in my
Outbox.
However,
It is clear the messages still go out, b/c people later
respond to them!
I am doing a POP3 account for my school e-mail on XP.
