How do I configure my outgoing SMTP when I am traveling. Normally hotels or
wireless hotspots do not have info provided. I would like to use outlook to
send and receive email where ever I am. The receiving part is easy, but I'm
having problems with the sending of emails.

See whether your usual SMTP server (your ISP at home/work) will let you use
it by authenticating to it (usually the same credentials as your POP
account, but check with your ISP). This often allows you to use the same
SMTP server no matter where you are.
