outgoing smtp

How do I configure my outgoing SMTP when I am traveling. Normally hotels or
wireless hotspots do not have info provided. I would like to use outlook to
send and receive email where ever I am. The receiving part is easy, but I'm
having problems with the sending of emails.

So, are you jayar999 or russojd?

I imagine that the server information is the same in any case. The hotel or
hotspot is just providing a TCP/IP connection to the internet. Your mail
servers won't change. The only issue is whether or not the hotel ot hotspot
network will allow relaying. If not, you'll have to authenticate to your
outgoing server.
