"outline numbered" in Publisher 2003

how can i create a "outline numbered" in Publisher 2003 just like the
capability found in Word ? this would be necessary to create table of
contents and should be possible somehow, right?

I don't think automatic ouline numbering is available in Publisher, and
automatic tables of contents are definitely not possible.
