Outline Numbering

I cannot figure out if it was possible to have paragraphs numbered as
follows:
1. First Paragraph
1.1 First Paragraph, First Line
1.2 First Paragraph, Second Line
1.2.1 ....
2. Second Paragraph
2.1 Second Paragraph, First Line
2.1.1 ......

Not in OneNote, but you can probably do that in Word.
