I have a PC running Windows 98 and Outlook 98 (which is
used for a POP email account). Whenever I start Outlook,
I receive the error message "outllib.dll has caused an
invalid page fault at <memory address>. I then am forced
to close the program. I have followed the directions in
Microsoft's knowledge base article 182001, but that has
not helped at all. I completely removed the program and
re-installed it, and that did not help either. I have not
downloaded any updates, or changed any other hardware or
software on the pc as of late. I also ran System File
Checker to make sure all of my system files were correct,
and they were. I'd appreciate any help on this problem.
Thanks.
