Outllok 2003 Rules don't run

I have been running Outlook 2003 throughout the BETA, but on a non
production system. I have just installed a final release and am running it
attached to a Corporate Exchange Server. I have attempted numerous times to
create rules for moving email to the deleted items folder but for some
reason the won't move automatically. I have to manually click Run Rules and
then check off each rule to do the move. This was not the case during BETA,
has something changed? All other features seam to function fine. I even
tried to import previous rules created during BETA, but when I went to
Upgrade those to the new load, the Upgrade Now under Tools/Rules and
Alerts/Options is grayed out and can't be run.

Any ideas?, any and all help appreciated.
