Outllook asks for user name and password everytime I open it.

Outlook asks for my password everytime I open it. This
does not seem to be effecting outlook 2000, only outlook
2002. I we are using exchange 5.5 sp4, and it was working
fine until last night after i rebooted the exchange
server with all windows updates except sp4.

any ideas?
