Outllook Meeting to limit the amount of attendees

Our CEO wants to send out a meeting request to the organization and he wants
to limit the amount of attendees that can attend each session. Basically once
the limit is reached he wants to force the people that wish to attend to go
to another session. Is there a way to do this in exchange or outlook.

An *easy* way? No. Nothing automatic built into the software. Might be a
third party solution or a code way to do it, I'd look at
http://www.slipstick.com and http://www.outlookcode.com.
