Outlook '03 - getting RECEIVED messages into 'activities' 4 contac

When I open a contact file and click on the 'activities' tab .... only SENT
messages appear. How do I get RECEIVED messages to also appear for each and
every contact? (my mom's does, but mine doesn't).

I use AOL and my mail is imported into Outlook. My laptop is using VISTA.

Please provide answers with as little jargon as possible as I am quite novice.

I suspect the difference is that you're using an IMAP account for AOL access
and your mom is using a POP account with a different mail provider. You see
Sent Items because Outlook places sent items in your default Sent Items
folder, but incoming mail is in the IMAP Inbox and not the default Inbox
folder.
