Outlook 03 won't connect to remote server

Recently, our IT guy had to redo a bunch of stuff on our server. Since
then, Outlook isn't working for me.

Normally, I could open Outlook at home over my WiFi and it would
download my email as well as send it. I didn't have to connect to the
server or anything. Now, Outlook won't connect from home. I am
completely confused as to how to get Outlook to connect to my remote
server and download my emails at home.

Before, I accidentally made it work when I downloaded certificates to
my computer. I did that, but it doesn't seem to be working. HELP!!!

Ask your IT guy what he did to change the setup and how you can connect again using your normal setup. We don't know what he did and you have posted no information to allow anyone to even hazard a guess. We don't even know the type of mail server your "IT guy" uses.
