Outlook 03 won't send

I frequently have an issue where a particular email will not reply. It just
gets stuck in my outbox. If I'm lucky it may go when I reboot. Sometimes I
copy and paste into a new mail and sometimes it works. I may say it sent and
received successfully as if it didn't even see the letter. Is this one of the
updates?

Are you getting any errors when you try to send? Maybe there's some sort of
intermittent problem between you and your SMTP (outgoing mail) server.

there is usually no error message. It just doesn't see the email. Once in a
while there's one of those server errors, but I can leap frog it by sending a
simple test email to myself.

by the way, my forum email replies take me to an absolutely blank page.
