I have Outlook 2007 w/ Vista
I was told months ago that when I transferred my profile from my old
computer to my new it became corrupted and that I needed to start from the
beginning. I'm ready to try this but:
1. Do I need to fully un-install and re-install Outlook or do I just create
a new profile?
2. How can I save my contacts and move them to the new profile when they
don't even show up in my 'address book'? (Even though they'll pop up as I
type them in)
3. How can I save the previous emails in my mail folders and move them to a
new profile?
Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
