Outlook '07 doesn't complete setup

Upgrade from Office '03 [with Outlook connected to Exchange small business
server 2003] running on XP Pro, first launch of Outlook > Configuring Outlook

Migrating Settings > retrieving Mail Box Settings. Still retrieving after

3+ hours!

Unable to use Outlook 2007.

I have the same issue. I tried adding another profile, tried removing all
profiles - it still goes to this dialog

OK - I eventually got it... after deleting my profiles I had to delete the
"ghost profiles" as some site referred to it as...

Essentially I deleted the profile from here

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows
Messaging Subsystem\Profiles

Then it would finally quit trying to migrating old profiles... (I'll try
getting my old PST in now...)
