Outlook 07 : opening in normal mode

Hello. Outlook 07 working fine until today. When I try to open it , the msg
is :

"Outlook 2007 failed to start correctly last time. Starting outlook in safe
mode will help you correct or isolate a start up problem in order to
successfully start the program. Some ffcionality may be disabled in this
mode. Do you want to start outlook in safe mode"

When I choose yes, and then go to the Help/Disabled Items, and close all
problems in that section, and after running the diagnostics funciton...the
problem still remains.

Any suggestions please? Thank you
