Outlook '07, Outlook Today error

When Outlook launches, Outlook Today appears with the following shown instead
of the normal "today" info:

When running IE7BETA make sure you are running the latest version.

Do you have a virusscanner that integrates with Outlook/Office and/or does
some script blocking etc...? Disable this integration and try again.

Unfortunately, I'm experiencing the same problem -- and I don't have any
virus scanners, firewalls or script blockers to disable. Outlook's 'Detect
and Repair' failed to solve the issue. Are there any other possible solutions?
