I can send mail out of my outlook account. I cannot reply to mail that i
have received. It sits in the outbox folder and never sends out.
What am i doing wrong.

Did you check your email account settings? Did you set the authentication properly (check with your ISP)? Did you use the "test account settings" when setting up your email?
