Outlook '07/Vista Home Premium "Office has stopped working. Window

I'm using Vista Home Premium SP1 & Office 2007 Pro all recent updates. 95%
of the time when I close Office, I get this error message, "microsoft office
outlook has stopped working. windows is collecting more information about the
problem". I don't use Office mail....just Calendar, Contacts, and Notes.

Everything in Office works fine...I just get this message and have to close
it out continually. Office Diagnostic didn't help.

Any fixes? Thanks!

Only MS addins. Any other ideas I hope?
