Outlook 11 mmc snapin??

Ive been told there is a snapin avalible for administering outlook settings
and pst files etc.
Does anyone know where i can find it??

You mean the policy templates (adm-file)? These are in the Office Resource
Kit

Ive just installed the resource kit but i cant seem to find the policy
templates?
