we are using a 3rd party vender software for our data
base , it was designed using access 97. After a query and
the information is gathered, we hit the send key. With
outlook 2002 (running) it goes to outlook ask a couple of
security questions and is on its way via email or fax.
The same program with outlook 2003. dies, it says it
completed and gives an ok but the transmission never took
place. It never gets to outlook 2003, and we never
receive the two security questions. We have contacted the
3rd party vender and they tell us that there isnt
anything different in their program as to which outlook
it needs to use.
