Outlook 2000 and 2003

I have some users who are using Outlook 2000 and Outlook 2003. I am having
calendaring issues with delegate access, meetings disappearing, duplicate
meetings etc... What is the best way to troubleshoot these issues. Also,
Should I standardize on Outlook 2003? Please advise....

standardizing would be the best. there are issues with outlook 2000 and
2003. Make sure all outlook 2000's have the latest updates - including
