How can I make an address book in Outlook that displays all the user contact
information from active directory? I have the LDAP working with the AD, so
if I type in a name in the "to" field in Outlook the LDAP will search AD
finds the email address. I do not see any way for me to make an address
book that will show all this data without importing each contact
individually. I would really like everyone to use the LDAP and not have a
copy of the contacts locally. That way all I have to do is update the AD
and everyone will be current.
Another question:
I have contact subfolders sorted by company. How can I configure Outlook
not to search these folders when I type a name in the "to" field, or how can
I make Outlook query LDAP and AD before it queries its local address books.
Thanks for the help.
