outlook 2000 and mcafee virus scan 4.5.1

we are currently running virus scan 4.5.1 sp1 virus def 4.0.4287 and
scan engine 4.2.60 we are having a problem when you launch outlook
2000 it just hangs, and we found that if you kill the NAPRDMGR.exe it
comes right up. Any ideas?
