Outlook 2000 and Office 97 on Terminal Services

I am running Office 97 and Outlook 2000 on Windows 2000 Advanced Server w/ Terminal Services running. I have 3 server configured exactly the same and now 2 of them have lost the ability to spell check E-mail. This has happened before but the fix is long winded. I have always taken the servers down and re-installed Office 97 and Outlook 2000 and then it works again. Does anyone know of an eaiser way to fix this? I am hoping to get a fix down because this keeps happeneing and I can't take the server down for 2 hours everytime this happens.
