Outlook 2000 and Outlook 2003

I have a user that delegates another users calendar,
things were fine until the delegate was upgraded to
Outlook 2003, is there a problem with these two
applications outlook 2000 and outlook 2003.

"I can\'t view my Calendar when my delegate is in it, and
vice versa. When I am in Calendar she can\'t view an
appointments in my Calendar. Apparently she recently
upgraded her Outlook Version. We are now on different
version.
