I asked this question before & did not specify Outlook 2000 so I think it
influenced the replies I received.
Thank you to those who tried to help. I am NOT computer literate & can often
not see the answer even when it is in front of me.
This is what I am trying to achieve:
I have previously read instructions on this site to assign colours to a
Catagory eg "Holiday" or "Docter/Specialist", "important", "Needs
preparation", Seminar" etc which is automatically applied to the calendar.
I found it under hints from "Crabby Old Lady". After my husband replaced
the motherboard & "rebuilt" the PC. I had forgotten how to do it & could not
find it again. I could tell at a glance what sort of appointment was coming
up & print it out to take with me when going away. Can someone help me?
