I received an email (which other people have not had a
problem receiving and opening) that will not come up in
the viewing area below the listed emails in my inbox. It
is trying to read the email and then the entire program
shuts down with no error message or anything. It is in
the top of my inbox and Outlook defaults to my inbox when
opened, therefore, I cannot use Outlook at all. I am at
a loss and don't know what to do...if anyone could help I
would greatly appreciate it.
