Outlook 2000 basic question

I have a user who has to log completely off their machine
in order to connect online to the Exchange Server after
working offline in Outlook 2000. Is there an easy way to
switch between offline and online modes in Outlook 2000?

I have searched support and the KB and can find nothing -
please help!

on mine i can just go to file and then click work offline
and then when i want to mail i just hit work online. but
i dont know if you can switch between users because i
only have on user on my computer. (me) good luck!!!!
