We are Exchange 2003 sp1, 2003 native exchange site, 2003 native domain
structure. All clients in this question, though, are Outlook 2000 sr3.
One user, lets call her Marla, reports that she does not receive any
appointment requests from internal users. So, for example, another internal
user who we will call Avery, creates an appointment and ivitees Marla.
Marla never sees the calendar request in her inbox. I don't see it in
deleted items.
Using message tracking at the server, I am able to see the request was
successfully delivered. Also, on Marla's calendar, the appointment is there
and marked "tentative".
I have absolutely no idea where to even begin troubleshooting this one. Any
ideas?
