We are implementing a SPAM folder in which customers will
drag their SPAM message and drop into this Public Folder.
Once the SPAM message is dropped we want two emails
generated one to a help desk (which we have working) and
another to whomever dropped the message.
We have found the Changed By field which provides
information on who dropped the message, is there anyway to
use the Changed By field to address a return email to let
the customer know we received the SPAM message that was
dropped?
