Hello everyone.
A small problem has occurred.
Whenever a user starts outlook 2000 connected to exchange
2003 outlook wants to close itself down.
Once reopened it works fine.
Error message
Outlook.exe has generated errors and will be closed by
Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error
log is being created.
I have looked for this log file and can not find any to do
with outlook.
This user has access to additional mailboxes.
Also the same user has problem with auto archive of tasks
in that auto archive is set correctly and is meant to
archive completed tasks once they are one day old but this
does not happen. Not sure if this is related or not.
Could someone please help me
A) help me solve these problems
or
b) point me in the correct direction for this error log.
