Outlook 2000 Contacts Address book

Hi,
I am using Windows XP Home SP2 and Office 2000.
When I open the Contacts Address book of the Outlook through OUTBOX<NEW MAIL
<TO. I can not scroll through the names with the wheel of the mouse. It
doesn't respond. It does, when I enter the address book through a link from
the Internet
Explorer < SENT TO: or open it as CONTACTS FOLDER from the menu bar.
Is there a way to fix this?

Not an Outlook issue. Start looking at updating video or mouse drivers.
