Outlook 2000 Corporate setup - Disabling "Deliver Messages" pop-up

Having reconfigured Outlook 2000 to the Corporate setup I
can't find a way to disable (or minimize) the "Deliver
Messages" box which shows the picking up and delivering
of messages. It is an intrusive screen that pops up and
stops whatever I'm working on.

What option have I missed clicking?
