Outlook 2000 Faxes not queuing - The Microsoft Fax transport failed to deliver the message to the re

Having problems sending automated emails\faxes from within MS Access
2003 project. Originally tried Outlook 2003, but the security messages
popped up every time an email\fax was trying to be sent. Apart from
this, the emails were sent successfully, and the faxes went into the
fax console outbox, and were sent in turn.

Tried switching to Outlook 2000 to avoid security messages - this
worked for emails, but the faxes no longer queue up to be sent. First
fax goes out ok, but subsequent ones fail with message appearing in
Outlook inbox saying - "The Microsoft Fax transport failed to deliver
the message to the recipient".

Could the personal folder have become corrupt?

Using windows xp, outlook 2000, and windows xp fax service.

P.S. This system was working previously on another machine ok - machine
was windows xp with outlook 2000.

Outlook 2000 preceded Windows XP Fax by many years. Integration between the
two programs is not supported and to my knowledge has never been tried. Fax
integration barely works even with supported versions. I would never expect
this to work.
I would have looked for ways to circumvent the security prompt instead. If I
were you I'd post the details of this merge so someone can help you with
that.

Thanks for the reply. I think I will have to go back to Outlook 2003
and try and get round the security prompt again. I did try various
solutions to this before - including Advance Security add-in from MAPI
wizards, but had no luck. I'll have another go.
