Outlook 2000 crashes computer

My operating system is 98. I just installed software for
SBC Yahoo DSL After the installation, Outlook 2000 crashes
my computer when I attempt to send an e-mail with an
attachment. It works fine if there is not an attachment.

Try a repair installation of Outlook.
