Outlook 2000 crashes when opening Contacts

I am interested in anyone experiencing a crash of Outlook 2000 when opening
Contacts and any ideas of resolution and any applications that plug into
Outlook that have caused such problems. If there are any possible ideas on
resolution, also interested in that.

Error messages and precise steps to repro would help. I can think of a
number or ways to "open Contacts."
