After installing Office 2000 SP3, Outlook 2000 no longer launches. It gets
as far as showing the mailbox contents, but the preview window never shows
any text and then I get the "Outlook must die" message.
I reported the problem but no pointer to a known issue was returned. I"ve
repaired Office through the control panel with no luck. Re installating SP3
gets me the response that SP3 is already installed. I"ve restarted and
turned off the system.
Any thoughts? I'm running XP home edition 2002, sp1.
