Outlook 2000 Crashing

Microsoft is no help as the support page INSIST that my
Outlook is OEM, which it is not, and won't let me submit
this.

Outlook 2000
Windows XP

Last week, Outlook began to crash when opening an E-mail.
Any E-mail. I can open one email (Not in the preview
pane) then Outlook will crash on the next E-mail. When I
restart Outlook, I can read THAT E-mail, then it will
crash on the next E-mail.

Googling the problem has not yielded any help.
