I am using Outlook 2000. About a month ago my computer suffered a power
surge; I had to replace the motherboard and reinstall the OS and all the
other software. After reconfiguring Outlook with my email accounts I wanted
to customize outlook today; however the link at the upper right corner has no
function. When I move the mouse the arrow changes to the hand and the words
"Customize Outlook Today..." changes like a button is being pressed but
nothing happens. I have downloaded all possible updates for office and
outlook, I have unistalled and reinstalled, I tried detect and repair from
the help menu, and I have gone into control panel, Add or Remove programs,
change, Add or Remove Features. Nothing I've done has made any changes to
Outlook's "Customize Outlook Today..." link.
