Outlook 2000 doesn't terminate; only the Task Manager -> "End No.

After running Outlook 2000 (connected to an MS Exchange Server) it can
neither be "Exit"-ed nor "Exit and Log off"-ed.
A Window appears dispaying "Please wait while Microsoft Outlook exits" and
this window stays forever until killed with the Task Manager.
