My MS Outlook box is not accepting incoming E-mails when I
click on "Send/Receive", I get a pop-up dialogue box that
tries to confirm the password for both incoming and
outgoing mail (POP and SMTP).
I cannot get my mail. I did set up a Passport account,
using the same e-mail name.
How do I correct this?
