(Refers to Outlook 2000, SP3)
I have specified (Tools/Options/Mail Format) rich text. Yet every day at
random times it reverts somehow to plain text. Sometimes when I open Outlook
it's rich and sometimes it's plain, but the most annoying thing is when I
notice that suddenly it's plain text.
It's much easier for a recipient to quickly scan for any individual's
entries into a long e-mail with lots of people on it, if those entries are in
rich text, as many of us have distinctive fonts etc.
Also, I have chosen the option of including my signature on all messages.
This, too, reverts to "no signature" at times.
I thought if you picked an option that it would stick til you changed it.
