Outlook 2000 error?

Our Microsoft Outlook cannot stay open on the server, it keeps coming up with
this error that I cannot find anywhere! It says:
Exception: access violation (0xc0000005),
Address: 0x3f99a142

So? Anyone have any earthly idea of what that means and what can be done
about it?
