Outlook 2000 Filter problem

Good morning,

I have a problem with my usually very happy junk e-mail filter in
outlook 2000.

Everything was working perfectly until I read on the internet about
another way to handle spam messages, so i decided to give it a go.

What i did was highlight the inbox folder in my personal folders, view
menu, current view, customise current view, filter button and then to
the advanced tab and i added one e-mail address into the field, when it
didn't work i went and cleared all out of the list.

Since then the mail that used to move automatically from my inbox to
another folder, doesn't happen.

However, if i go into organise and then into the rules wizard, i can
press run now and it moves the unwanted e-mails.

I have tried the following to try and get it working again,

Exported the junk mail rules, Deleted and re-imported the junk mail
rules.

Turned the junk filter off, closed outlook, started outlook and turned
the filter on again,

Using add/remove programs i have re-installed Office

I have also deleted the complete outlook profile and started again.

Interestingly, if i go into organise and tell it to color the junk
messages another colour, it works on all the e-mails that are in the
junk senders list.

Any help you can provide to get this operating again would be greatly
appreciated.

Thanks
Dean.
