Outlook OWA puts every mail into Junk folder

Hello,
I am running Outlook OWA 8.2.234.1 accessing Exchange 8.2.176.0
No Junk Mail rules are in action.
OWA puts every incoming mail into Junk Mail folder.

How do I make OWA to put incoming into Inbox ?
