I am encountering Outlook hanged after I have clicked "Exit & Logoff..." from
the File menu. Outlook process is still running. The only way to terminate
is by ending the process in task manager.
I have tried the following methods: -
- delete all current Outlook profile and then recreate
- delete Windows profile and recreate again
but still having the same issue.
Any other ways to solve this issue.
