Outlook 2000 hangs when shutting down.

We are running exchange 2000. I have after when a user
begins using Outlook 2003 on one machine and Outlook 2000
on another the 2000 will not shut down. The only way to
shut down outlook 2000 after using 2003 is by performing
an end task. I have been unable to find any information
that relates to this problem. Any help is appreciated.
