Outlook 2000 Hangs

Hi,

My boss's outlook 2000 will hang whenever i try to open or preview an email.
My outlook is configured for our local exchange server. I tried a clean
install of Outlook but the problem is still there. However, is it a
possibility that the files are getting too big...the backup Personal Folder
is 1.4GB. Please help. Thanks!

Did you install the lastest service pack for Office 2000?
