I am getting an error message when I try to open Outlook
Help 0xc0000005-0x5d49328d
Tech suppport doesn't recognise the 0x5d49328d part of the
code
Two other related facts
Outlook slows my machine, almost, to a standstill when
collecting mail from Exchange.
PCdoc says I have missing help files
Finally I have tried repairing Outlook according to Ms Kb
